You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site except as permitted;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information.

The Site describes Just Badge's services and lets you contact us, join a waitlist, subscribe to a newsletter, or apply to contribute content. Any engagement for paid services is governed by a separate written agreement. By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted at the details you provide. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Just Badge" and "Authority Engine" names and marks — are owned by Just Badge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission.

If you submit ideas, pitches, or contributor content ("Submissions"), you represent that you have the right to do so and that the Submission does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant Just Badge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish Submissions in connection with our business, including with attribution where agreed. We are not obligated to use any Submission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, ELITE, LinkedIn, or our email and analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Badge and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Just Badge harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the revised Terms and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
