Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, join a waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply to contribute, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email address, company, LinkedIn URL, budget range, and the contents of your message.

AI Hiring Grader. When you use our free AI Hiring Grader, we collect your assessment answers and the resulting scores to generate your report. If you request the report by email, we store it with a unique, unguessable link token.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage information — such as an anonymous session identifier, pages and features used, device/browser information, and referring URLs — through cookies and product analytics when you choose to allow optional analytics.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you not send us sensitive information through the Site.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
• To send you emails you opt into, such as newsletters and waitlist or early-access updates;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We rely on your consent (for marketing emails), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to respond to inquiries), and our legitimate interests (to run and improve the Site) as our bases for processing, where applicable law requires one.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Google (Google Sheets) — to receive and store contact-form and contributor submissions;
• Google Analytics — optional, consent-based website analytics that help us understand traffic, content, and conversions;
• Resend — to send transactional and marketing emails and manage subscriber audiences;
• PostHog — product analytics for the AI Hiring Grader (event and session data);
• Our hosting/database provider, which stores grader assessment data in a PostgreSQL database.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and local storage to remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). We ask for your permission before loading optional Google Analytics and product-analytics tools. You can allow or decline optional analytics when prompted, and can change your choice at any time through the "Privacy choices" control on the Site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential storage may affect some features.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to maintain our business records, respond to you, and comply with legal obligations — and then delete or anonymize it. AI Hiring Grader report links are token-based and expire twelve (12) months after the report is generated. Google Analytics event data is retained according to our Analytics property retention settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CPRA/CCPA), additional disclosures and rights may apply and are addressed on request; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The Site may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
